These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RompBucks website at https://www.rompbucks.com (the "Site"), operated by Rattle Rock Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (and the age of majority where you live) and a resident of the United States or Canada to create an account. You may hold only one account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth and state of residence, which we use to determine eligibility for promotions.

2. Bucks and Tickets

The Site awards two kinds of promotional points:

• Bucks can be redeemed for the items listed in the Shop while supplies last.
• Tickets can be redeemed for entries into giveaways ("Loot"). Each giveaway is governed by its own Official Rules, which take precedence over these Terms for that giveaway.

Bucks and Tickets are promotional points only. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted, expired or revoked in accordance with these Terms. We may change earning rates, Shop prices and available items at any time; changes do not affect completed redemptions.

3. Earning points through partner offers ("Romps")

Points for completing partner offers are credited only when the partner confirms the completion to us. Partners may reverse a completion (for example for fraud, chargebacks, or failure to meet the offer's requirements); if a completion is reversed, the points awarded for it, and any referral commission paid on it, will be deducted from the relevant accounts, which may result in a negative balance. Offers are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party offers, websites, or products.

4. Referral program

You may earn a bonus when someone you refer creates an account and verifies their email, and a percentage of the points they earn from partner offers, at the rates displayed on the Referrals page. Self-referrals, referrals of duplicate accounts, and referrals obtained through spam, misleading claims or paid incentives are prohibited and will be reversed.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs or proxies to complete offers or enter giveaways; create multiple accounts; provide false information; interfere with the Site's operation; or violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend or terminate accounts, void entries and forfeit points for violations, suspected fraud, or as required by our partners.

6. Shop redemptions and delivery

Digital codes are delivered to your account and are final once revealed. Physical items are shipped to the address you provide; you are responsible for providing a correct address. Items are provided "as is" without warranty by us. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are between you and the manufacturer.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Site except as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of points, data or profits, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Unredeemed points are forfeited on termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
