OFFICIAL RULES — Xbox Series X + GTA VI — Drawing #1

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

This Promotion is Drawing 1 of the "Xbox Series X + GTA VI" series, in which a total of 10 prizes will be awarded across separate drawings. Each drawing is a separate promotion with its own entry period and Official Rules; entries in one drawing do not carry over to another.

1. Sponsor

Rattle Rock Inc., 5005 Dalhousie Dr NW Unit 175 #1620, Calgary, AB T3A 5R8, Canada ("Sponsor"). The promotion (the "Promotion") is operated on the RompBucks website at https://www.rompbucks.com (the "Site").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island; and Canada, excluding Quebec who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and who hold a RompBucks account with a verified email address. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on September 22, 2026 at 7:29 PM MDT and ends on November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. Entries received after the end of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and every entry — regardless of method — has an identical chance of winning.

(a) Ticket entry. Registered users of the Site may enter by redeeming 10 Tickets per entry on the Promotion page at https://www.rompbucks.com/loot/xbox-series-x-gta6-drawing-1. Tickets are promotional points earned free of charge by completing activities on the Site (such as surveys, app trials and sign-ups offered by third-party partners) and through the Site's referral program. Tickets have no cash value and cannot be purchased. Redeeming Tickets for entries does not reduce a user's Bucks balance.

(b) Free online entry. Registered users may receive up to 1 free entry per calendar day during the Promotion Period, without redeeming Tickets, by clicking "Free daily entry" on the Promotion page.

Limit 500 total entries per person for this Promotion, regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means, and entries by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Tickets redeemed for entries are not refundable except where the Promotion is cancelled under Section 10.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: Xbox Series X + Grand Theft Auto VI — Microsoft Xbox Series X 1TB console, plus a copy of Grand Theft Auto VI for Xbox Series X delivered at the game's release (scheduled November 19, 2026; if the release is delayed, the game is delivered when it becomes available). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $669.98 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $669.98 USD.

The prize is awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind by Sponsor, express or implied. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. The prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue any tax forms that applicable law requires of it, and a winner may be required to provide taxpayer information before the prize is released.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, conducted by Sponsor on or about November 3, 2026. The drawing uses a cryptographically seeded random selection; the seed, the number of eligible entries and the resulting hash are recorded so that the result can be independently verified.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their RompBucks account within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification and, where permitted by law, may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (except where prohibited) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond in time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected.

Canadian residents. Before being declared a winner, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email or online. Failure to answer correctly results in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate. Canadian residents are not subject to withholding on prizes, but remain responsible for any taxes that may apply.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, acting in violation of these Official Rules or the Site's Terms of Service, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Cancellation or Modification

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond Sponsor's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and, if terminated, to award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken. If the Promotion is cancelled before any prize is awarded, Tickets redeemed for entries will be refunded to entrants' accounts.

11. Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, or damage to property. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications; for technical, hardware, software, network or telephone failures of any kind; or for any injury or damage to any person's computer or device related to participating in the Promotion.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages or attorneys' fees.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.rompbucks.com/legal/privacy.

14. Winners List

For the name of the winner, visit https://www.rompbucks.com/winners after the drawing, or email support@rompbucks.com with the subject "Xbox Series X + GTA VI — Drawing #1 Winners List", within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
